Food & beverage

Fewer manual steps between orders, stock and administration

I build software automations for restaurants, bars and food & beverage businesses. I connect management systems, spreadsheets and the tools you already use to help you work with better organised data and fewer repetitive tasks.

Where I can help

Restaurants, bars and venues

When sales, purchases and stock live in separate tools and you have to piece everything together manually at the end of the day.

Businesses with multiple locations

When you need to collect and compare data from different locations and bring issues to the attention of the right person.

Producers and distributors

When orders, price lists and documents move between sales, warehouse and administration teams with repeated data entry.

Examples of possible automations

These are illustrative scenarios to adapt to your operations. Feasibility depends on the available data and the integration options offered by your software.

Orders without repeated data entry

The manual task
An order arrives through a form or an online store, then someone enters it into the management system and alerts the warehouse.
The possible workflow
Order received → field validation → entry in the management system → notification to the person responsible. Missing or inconsistent data is flagged for review.
What we measure
Entry time per order and the number of manual corrections.

Stock alerts and reorder proposals

The manual task
You check spreadsheets and stock levels to work out which products are running low and what to order from suppliers.
The possible workflow
Updated stock levels → comparison with agreed thresholds → reorder proposal → approval by the person responsible before sending.
What we measure
Time spent checking stock and the frequency of urgent reorders.

Supplier documents ready for review

The manual task
You copy amounts, items and references from invoices or delivery notes into a tracking spreadsheet.
The possible workflow
Document received → data extraction → comparison with the order → discrepancies flagged. Uncertain data and final entries go through human review.
What we measure
Time per document and discrepancies identified before recording.

A daily summary without assembling files

The manual task
You export data from several tools and rebuild a report on sales, purchases and location performance each time.
The possible workflow
Available source data → completeness checks → updated summary → anomaly alerts. Missing sources are highlighted in the report.
What we measure
Preparation time, data freshness and coverage across locations.

How I work

I start with processes and data. Only then do I decide what to simplify, integrate or automate.

I understand the real process

I analyse steps, people, tools and bottlenecks together with those who do the work every day.

I define priorities and KPIs

We agree on what to improve, how to measure it and which solution can deliver the greatest value.

I build and measure results

I deliver the solution in stages, assess its impact and improve where needed.

Before we start

Do I need to replace my management system?

I start with the tools you already use. I check available APIs, exports and access before proposing an integration. If a tool does not support the connection needed, we discuss it during the analysis.

Can we start with just one task?

Yes. We choose a frequent, measurable process, decide who handles exceptions and test it within an agreed scope. Timing and cost are estimated after checking the tools and data.

What happens if data is incorrect or missing?

We define checks, notifications and approval steps around your process. Orders, amounts or documents that need clarification must be available for human review before the agreed operations proceed.

Which task do you repeat every day?

Tell me what kind of business you run, which software you use and where you lose time. We will start with a concrete workflow to understand what can be simplified.
